Spiritual direction is the prayerful practice of listening for the movement of the Holy Spirit in your life, recognizing where God is present and inviting you deeper.
This prayerful listening is rooted in Scripture, attentive to the life of the Trinity, and shaped by the contemplative heritage of the Catholic Church.

One of the many joys I experienced when I entered the Catholic Church as an adult was choosing my patron saint.
I was drawn to find a female saint with a heart for those who love to wander. I was delighted to discover the rather obscure St. Bona of Pisa, a patron saint of travelers and pilgrims.
St. Bona made the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela nine times, accompanying and encouraging fellow travelers along the way. Something in her story immediately felt familiar to me.
This is my heart as well.
I love walking alongside fellow pilgrims, offering a place of refreshment and rest, and noticing together where the love, presence, and power of the Trinity is leading us.

I would be honored to walk beside you, offering a safe and quiet space for reflection, listening for the Lord’s voice, and stepping more deeply into your story together.
Sessions are held monthly via Zoom and scheduled for an hour, allowing time for unhurried, prayerful conversation. These sessions are offered free of charge.
There is nothing you need to prepare and nowhere you need to have arrived.
Simply come as you are.
